All pet owners must complete a Pet Application. Common household pets shall include; domesticated dogs, cats, rodents, fish, birds and/or reptiles. We will allow 2 pets per household. Weight restrictions are as follows: No more than 35 lbs each or one dog no more than 50 lbs. Prohibited Dog Breeds include: Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Pit Bull Terriers, American Bulldogs, Akitas, Shar Peis, Dalmatians, Presa Canarios, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Chows, Huskies, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, St. Bernards, Mastiffs, Wolf hybrids, and mixed breeds of any of the above. Also any other dog breeds expressly prohibited by the owners insurance company will not be approved.
